Whether intentional, natural, or only divined through the filter of the eye of the beholder, images and symbols of the Feminine are everywhere in the world around us. Yoni Labyrinth Maker

Dawn writes, of this gorgeous sharing: "After the Apple Tree Morris Sun Up my family and I drove out to the coast to create a Labyrinth to walk for World Labyrinth Day . . . I thought we would dart home before heading out so I had left the piece of driftwood I use to make sand labyrinths at home . . . fortunately the ocean offered up a replacement for the day . . . complete with a Yoni image and all! Here is the piece of driftwood I used to make the Beltane labyrinth . . . you can just make out the fuzzy edges of the labyrinth behind in the sand."

Dolmen at Columcille
Wrapping up this week of Divined inspirations from the Association for the Study of Women and Mythology Conference I attended last week, with this image. This dolmen is from the Columcille Megalith Park, adjacent to the site of the conference. What an incredible place!

Shelia Na Gig

I share this today in honor of Her creator, Lydia Ruyle, whom I had the privilege to meet at the Association for the Study of Women and Mythology Conference this past week. We worked and shared and learned surrounded by the watchful eyes of Lydia's fantastic banners, depicting Goddesses from around the world.  Her work is inspired, and inspiring, and quite DIVINE! Please visit her site for more amazing Goddess imagery and to learn more about this incredible woman!
